The first floor has a gracious open plan living room with bay windows that overlook the small shops and flower boxes of the pedestrian lane below. The stylish kitchen has every modern convenience, including a chic breakfast bar, and there are two more floors above with sumptuously furnished king bedded and twin rooms and there are two full bathrooms as well.
You will be staying in a very special part of Bath, with the delightful Royal Victoria Park at you doorstep and two of the most famous architectural landmarks on either side of Margaret’s Buildings. There is also a designated Parking Space!

Reservations costing more than £500 will require 50% deposit 30 days before arrival

Cancellation is not a happy thought, but in case of cancellation, you will need to let us know within 72 hours to avoid being charged one full days rent. However, there is also a penalty for cancellation even outside those 48 hours. This penalty will be £20. This is not strictly an administration fee, but covers the pain and torment of turning others away and then the stress of re-booking the flat!
