Berkeley House, the Orangery and the Chipping apartments provide a unique location for any gathering, an inspiring yet relaxed environment to bring out the best in your family, friends or group on your own terms.

The main accommodation comprises of Berkeley House, with its four double bedrooms, three twins plus two cots or children’s beds. A 24’ Drawing Room and Snug make up two entertainment rooms and the new Xera kitchen/breakfast room leads into the conservatory/dining room that overlooks the Philip Nixon designed garden, featuring a firepit and barbeque.

For larger groups, the self-contained Orangery provides a stunning and flexible space for entertaining up to 30 people. Featuring a polished concrete floor, it has the option of either informal seating or formal meeting and dining. The Orangery also provides a further double bedroom and shower wet room in a private Coach House.

Both properties feature exceptional standards throughout. High specification Pioneer Plasma TVs with a cinema surround sound system adorn each bedroom and the bathroom, and WiFi is availabe throughout.

Three additional apartments facing the same square offer even more room for entertaining guests. Baytree Court, has one double and one twin room, and the same outstanding interior design as Berkeley House and the Orangery. Also on the same square is Chipping Apartment 1, with one double and two twins, and Chipping Apartment 2, with 1 double & 1 twin. Both of the Chipping Apartments can interconnect if required.
There is also personal training, Pilates and a Yoga studio underneath the Chipping Apartments, available to guests at an additional charge.

Rental Conditions

Groups of up to 30 can be accommodated with the addition of Baytree Court, and the Chipping Apartments. Please specify the size of your group when booking.
