Rye Bay Beach House is a newly built 3 storey house and is part of a unique development that combines quality and contemporary design with environmental sustainability. The House is the perfect getaway, romantic hideaway or a home from home for the family. Providing enough space to sleep up to 4/6 people, Rye Bay Beach House has one double and one twin bedroom with extra sleeping in the garden room. The interiors have been designed in a retro/vintage style creating plenty of natural light and a sense of space. Lots of luxurious and individual touches have been added – amenities include Egyptian cotton bed linens, comfy high quality mattresses and bedding. The kitchen includes a Dualit toaster, juicer, dishwasher, microwave, good quality tableware and much more. The exterior is designed with cedar shingles and colourful curved turrets to give a contemporary feel. There is a decked balcony on each floor and a patio that leads onto the newly planted communal landscaped gardens.
The accommodation is very child friendly, providing a high chair & stroller, games and toys along with an eclectic selection of books and DVDs, and a welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee, bread, eggs, butter and jam is provided on arrival. A washing machine and iron are also provided. Pets welcome (additional cost). Short breaks of 2/3/4 nights available, please contact for prices.
