Magnificent 15th Century stone cottage with pool and tennis court to rent in the heart of Tuscany.

Sogna Piccola is our lovely two bedroom stone built cottage high up in the Tuscan hills. It’s ideal for a couple or three adults looking for an oasis of peace and tranquillity with the additional benefit of being less than an hour’s drive from all the main cultural centres of Tuscany.

Tuscany; the very name conjures up visions of rolling hills covered in sunflowers, open air markets full of regional cheeses and freshly harvested local fruits and vegetables. Vineyards filled with the promise of great wines, Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Chianti Classico and Brunello. Tuscany is also the home of the renaissance, with its spectacular architecture, world famous frescoes, statues and paintings. Tuscany is a place to enjoy unspoiled views under crystal clear skies, sun drenched days relaxing by the pool and leisurely nights dining under a brilliant blanket of stars. Tuscany is a dream that can become your reality when you stay in our perfect holiday home.

Property Interior

Sogna Piccola, originally built in the 15th century, sleeps three adults in great comfort, and is beautifully furnished and decorated. Our home has been authentically restored to reveal its original chestnut beams, terra cotta tile ceilings and floors, large open stone fireplace, pietra serena stone worktops and luminous calce plaster wall finishes. Some of the furnishings are antiques which are juxtaposed with a collection of contemporary European works of art.

Rental Conditions

Rental periods run from Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. To reserve Sogna Piccola you would need to send us a 25% deposit of the total rent due, with the balance payable at least six weeks before your stay.

Our cancellation policy is simple; if we can find another renter for your dates we will return any money sent to us (minus bank charges).

A security deposit of £250 must be included with your final payment; it will be shown as a separate item on the invoice. Our representative will check the property prior to your departure and, if all is in order, the deposit will be returned to you within 2 weeks.

The house is for a maximum of 3 adults. Children, pets and smoking are not allowed in the house. It is not suitable for children – too many nice things for them to break, and too many opportunities for them to plunge to their death or injury.

The rental rate includes absolutely everything – utilities, bed linen, towels, heating, after-stay clean and weekly clean for stays over a week.
